I had the gast. bypass and needed a tummy tuck. I had rashes under the skin and just the weight of it hurt my back. Stand up for your rights and you can get somewhere I was told no way at least 10 times. In total I had 9 dental implants, but Dr. Anand charged me 10 implants. I had been charged for Zimmer dental implant system but my dentist had replaced it by Equinox without letting me know or my consent. My restoration was supposed to be Procera, and Dr. Anand did it by something else. A couple months after the dental implants procedure, I made appointment with Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon for check up to make sure everything is fine. By looking at the digital image, my doctor told me the implants are not Zimmer system but something else. I emailed Dr. Anand in Mumbai and he admitted that he had used Uniti Equinox system instead. He assured me that "Uniti implants from Equinox, Holland which are the best for aesthetic restorations, and come in wide diameter which are good for long term predictability". I was quoted and paid for Zimmer in return I got Uniti Equinox. I guess this is not the first time Dr. Anand and the Forerunner Health Company have been cheated on customers. They advised the Zimmer dental implants system, and then used an inferior brand instead. I feel strongly that I should inform you and your association about the fraud that Dr. Anand and Forerunner Health Company had deceived me (by taking advantage of customers' favourite product and abusing Zimmer’s brand name). I can't believe some people are willing to go to whatever length and cross all boundaries of moral decency to make profit by cheating and lying. I have sent numerous of emails and phone calls to Dr. Anand and Forerunner Healthcare and requested them to have a clear answer for their wrong doing, but there is not a single replying back yet from Dr. Anand. You should send Dr. Anand Krishnamurthy (www.citizendentalclinic.com) and Forerunner Healthcare itself (www.forerunnershealthcare.com) the warning note to stop using other company products and brand names to cheat on customer. My sisters were also the victims of the fraud. They have paid for Nobel Biocare dental implants, but Dr. Anand also replaced them by Uniti, Equinox system. My sisters have paid for their treatments in advance (including the 2nd stage). They are supposed to come back to Navi Mumbai to finish their 2nd stage, but they decide not to. We have emaied Dr. Anand to refund the money that we have paid in advance, but he never does it.
