Should I get liposuction on my arms to make them slimmer and more feminine?

Can you answer LaCosaMasBella’s question about Plastic Surgery?:

I have thick arms, but it is all fat. I don’t work out at all! How do you feel about body sculpting/liposuction in general?
I don’t have a large body; I’m average sized.

Plastic Surgery Feedback: No, lipo should be the last result. Nothing good comes without a little effort. Condition yourself, start with lifting some light weights and exercise.

Plastic Surgery Feedback: Besides complications, that fat will come back.

Try a weight loss life style plan and lose that fat naturally and permanently. How would skinny arms look on a big body? Not too healthy.

Plastic Surgery Feedback: if u can afford it, then go for it. But personally, i wudn’t go under the knife. try working out instead and have a well-balanced diet, it will save u the money and the pain. Besides, after lipo, u really have to diet and exercise, otherwise, all the fat will just go back. u really have to maintain it. A walk in the park everyday or jogging for an hour will make all the difference. Or buy those Taebo Dvds, it really helps!

Plastic Surgery Feedback: i dont know i dont need those procedures performed on me but i heard the results are remarkable but you have to work hard to keep the weight from returning and if you don’t exercise now you may not want to waste your time going through with it. good luck

Plastic Surgery Feedback: lipo is not the answer unless you’re too big to move a finger. While you have the opportunity, exercise! It keeps you energetic and you feel good about yourself. All workouts don’t have to be strenuous or boring. Find the one for you. That will keep your motivation and it makes it fun.

Plastic Surgery Feedback: Remember those circles from elementary school?

Spread your arms at shoulder length, palms press out forward first, then backwards. Those things work! Turn that fat in to muscle with a little time and commitment

Plastic Surgery Feedback: Liposuction is the fastest and exspenive solution for your thick arms. If you can tolerate and afford the procedure why not do it. After the procedure you need to watch on your diet and exercise also to maintain your arms in good shape along with your body.

Plastic Surgery Feedback: I think that a good diet suited to your body type may be the best answer, you need little carbohydrates and lots of protein, don’t forget drinking some water too. Also making exercise, like walking everyday or practicing some sport may help a lot too.

Plastic Surgery Feedback: I feel that body sculpting is what Michaelangelo did on his marvelous statue of David. Liposuction is fat being sucked out of one’s body. My suggestion would be to find a punching bag, either hanging from the beams (and often whacking one on the head!) or a floor standing one, which stays stable by being filled with sand or water. Punching routines will definitely help you to tighten up those arms. Two to five lb. weights would also be of great help. I found a set of 2,3 and 5 lb weights at Costco, but I am sure any good sports store would have them.

Plastic Surgery Feedback: Hi I think you’ll find a more helpful thing with doing bicep curls, start with a 1-5 lb weight & work up.

In 3 wks working every 2nd day, 12 reps a time, you’ll notice a difference!

Plastic Surgery Feedback: In Love with Life,

Embrace the gym or another activity. Getting lipo is a temporary solution and your fat will come back if you don’t change your lifestyle.

If you don’t like the gym try: dancing, swinning, walking, soccer…and the list goes on!

Plastic Surgery Feedback: Liposuction surgery is very safe nowadays. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Fly2india4health Consultants. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients, as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of Healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got her Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for Fly2india4health Consultants. She paid just 20% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. Hope this helps

Plastic Surgery Feedback: try running and dieting. Its way cheaper and more rewarding. if you do it the easy way you will just get fat again but if you work at it you will probably want to watch your new figure

Plastic Surgery Feedback: No. Exercise is best. Try it. If the weight doesn’t start to come off in a few weeks Join a weight loss club. Surgery should all ways be a last resort.

Plastic Surgery Feedback: I think it ’s creepy and not very attractive. Men like women who have meat on their bones and arn’t skinny as a rail….I’m sure your arms look no different than anyone elses, and you should be proud of the body you have. Please don’t get that “rod” stuck into you…it’s really not a good option. Hope this helps, Goodluck.

Plastic Surgery Feedback: If you don´t work out at all, you shouldn´t ask yourself why you have thick arms honey. Besides if you get lipo..you are not allowed to gain weight again in the areas that you get the lipo. And if you say you dont work out at all…the lipo is going to be a waste of money…just exercise and you´ll see the results at least give it a try. Good luck!
