I’m 17. I’ve never had a nose job/ rhinoplasty before. I have always wanted to change my nose and always knew wat kind of nose I want. I have been saving up and have enough money.
The only thing is doctors say about unrealistic expections so I don’t want them to think I am unrealistic but i really want Elisha Curthbert’s nose. Currently it looks like Ashlee Simpsons’s before surgery (mines a little smaller but u get the point) Do you think if I showed them photos of her nose that they could make mine similar? Or would they send me away because I am unrealistic Do many people take a photo of someone to show what kind of nose they want?

I am planning to get plastic surgery on my face and I am a bit worried that people might judge me differently when they find out that I had some plastic surgery done to my face. I plan to get a nose job along with eyelifts.

Do you think I should keep it a secret and not tell anyone unless they bluntly ask? Or do I just let it be and freely tell all who wish to know. I don’t look all that bad but I can be better and it’s something I just want or need in life.

Anyways, to all who had plastic surgery done, do you tell others about your operation or do you keep them in the dark? To people who never need to have plastic surgery, how do you view other who had undergo such surgery. Please be insightful. I am really in need of some feedback. Thanks.

I had a nose job back in May 2006 and one of the advices my surgeon told me, was not to start gym exercises that cause me too much strain.

Was wondering if anyone else here has had a cosmetic nose job and if they’ve had any problems with going back to the gym doing weights etc…
